The reusable coffee cup industry may be a big business, but we believe getting a daily caffeine fix shouldn’t be a destructive one.
We took our more than 30 years of experience in the drinkware manufacturing space to develop an exciting new technology for reusable coffee cups: a unique post-mould foaming process.
FOAMO is made from a renewable feedstock food-grade polypropylene and a created from waste cooking oil.
The reusable coffee cup’s robust foamed wall not only reduces plastic use by 50%, it also traps heat, so hot drinks stay warm without an extra sleeve. Our FOAMO coffee cup is also 50% lighter, compared to traditional plastic coffee cups.
Wait, isn't polypropylene a plastic?
Good spot. Yes, it is but FOAMO reusable coffee cups are made from 70% renewable feedstock and prove how polypropylene can be a highly-functional and sustainable material when used correctly.
